Get to Know Kim Prchal

Kimberly Prchal is a partner at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC.  Kim practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, and estate administration, guardianships/conservatorships, and civil commitments.  Kim also practices in the areas of business start-ups, real estate, and civil litigation.  Kim received her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in May of 2013.  Prior to attending law school, Kim was a case manager for Arizona's Child Protective Services division in Phoenix, Arizona.

Kim is an active member of her community in Prior Lake.  Kim sits on the Board of Directors for the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce.  She also serves as vice-chair of the Prior Lake Business Engagement Committee.  She is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, and has presented on various topics at Minnesota CLE, the Probate and Trust Law Conference, as well as the Real Estate Institute.  Kim also volunteers as a Junior Achievement teacher for elementary students in Prior Lake.

Kim was born in Farmington, Minnesota.  She grew up in the Burnsville-Prior Lake area and graduated from Prior Lake High School.  After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Kim moved to Arizona where she resided for four years; and then moved back to Minnesota to finish law school.  Kim enjoys reading, gardening, wine and food-tasting, coffee shops, and spending time with family & friends, but most of all spending time with her husband, Eric, and their two kids, Easton and Lincoln.
